Privacy Policy

The short version

We only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry form, we use it to respond to your enquiry, and we don't sell it or share it for marketing. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your company or organisation, if you provide it
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide it
• The product area you're interested in
• Any message you write to us

We also record the date and time the enquiry was received. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, identity document numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand your requirement, prepare a quotation, and contact you about it. If you become a customer, we may retain the record as part of our ordinary business records.

Where it goes

Enquiries submitted through this website are recorded in a Google Sheet held in a Google Workspace account controlled by Pareek Group, and an alert is emailed to our sales team. Google acts as our service provider for this and processes the data on our behalf. Access to the sheet is limited to Pareek Group staff who handle enquiries.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

In the ordinary course of fulfilling an enquiry, we may need to share relevant details with our principals — such as Greaves Cotton Limited or Kirloskar Brothers Limited — or with logistics partners, where that is necessary to quote, supply or deliver what you have asked for. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — see below.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics software on it.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does. We receive no information from it.

If you choose to contact us using the WhatsApp button, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not this policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what enquiry information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry record
• Stop contacting you

Just email or call us using the details below and tell us what you'd like. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site sells industrial and agricultural products to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle enquiry information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
